Bananarchy will have you ready to riot!

Not everyone can enjoy ice cream. Austinites on vegan diets or with dairy allergies often find themselves at the same ol’ spot (which if your vegan spot of choice is Capital City Bakery, I can’t say I blame you). That being said, there are more options when it comes to a tasty treat for your sweet tooth than meets the eye.

Bananarchy is one of my new favorite dessert stops in town. Nestled just off of South 1st street on Live Oak, this food trailer serves up the tastiest frozen bananas you’ll ever eat.

With options like granola, graham crackers, vegan chocolate, reese’s pieces, and about thirty other options, you can make your visit as healthy (or delicious) as you prefer.

I’m a big fan of peanut butter drizzle coated in peanuts, but you can’t go wrong.

For tinier appetites, there is a half-size option. For larger appetites, I suggest the amazing wing food truck next door.
